another username… another password… seriously???

Personally, OAuth is the best thing ever invented. I have enough problems bringing my own lunch on a daily basis, let alone remembering my username and password for:

Hotmail, Facebook, Twitter, Work login etc etc…

From a developer’s point of view, I don’t need to manage another username & password system.
If you unfamiliar with the technology as a developer, you should really consider it.

There is the usual debate about personal privacy with using external sources like Facebook. Manage your system and your authentication mechanism correctly and your user will love you.
